NOURISH THE SKIN YOU'RE IN
We talk to creative artist & maker of exquisite headpieces, Edie Beehiven her ideas to nourish the skin you're in.
1. What do you do as part of a regular routine to look after yourself?
I feel like I should probably say - Healthy eating, Exercise and plenty of Sleep but it certainly isn't the case.
When thinking about it, the most regular things that I do to maintain are:-
-Listening and moving to classic tracks that feed my soul
-Telling my nearest/dearest I love them
-Remembering how improbable my existence in the universe was, but here I am.
-Therefore NOTHING is impossible.
-Feeling honoured to have shared this planet at the same time as David Bowie.
-And regular viewings of Rupaul's Drag Race.
2. What are the key things you have found that nurture self-nourishment?
Daydreaming, and that thinking time just before you fall asleep when ANYTHING is possible. These times of deep thinking are where I find ideas and creativity, a place where the outside world Inspirations meet the Limitless possibilities of the mind.
3. What could you do more of to nourish the skin you're in?
The skin gurus that I am lucky to know have taught me what's important/that I could do more of :
4. What top tips have you got to give others around your working life to stay on top?
Everyday is different, sometimes you're on top of things, sometimes not. My tip would be not to worry, it's a balance.
A Balance of life and the cosmos.
5. What are the things you couldn't live without that are key to your happiness and nourishment?
Love and Creativity- From those around me, people I've met on my journey and the ones I'm yet to met in our Jet pack, Google implant, Android Future.
